Yuri Trutnev: 4,000 rental apartments are occupied in the Far East

In Zabaikalsk, occupancy of another 124 apartments has begun under the "Affordable Rental Housing in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation" program, operated by DOM.RF. To date, tenants have received 4,000 apartments in nine regions. This was announced by Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District.

The total area of housing provided to tenants in the building on Yuzhnaya Street is 5,100 square meters. Thanks to subsidies from the federal and regional budgets, monthly rent will range from 4,400 rubles for an apartment of 23.2 square meters to 12,000 rubles for the largest apartment of 63.6 square meters.

"The rental housing program is in demand in the Far East, including Transbaikal. It helps attract and retain essential specialists—doctors, teachers, and business workers—and ensure their comfortable living conditions. We will continue to use this effective support tool," emphasized Yuri Trutnev.
