Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev presented an award to the winner of the third special session of the All-Russian Literary Prize "Far East" named after V.K. Arsenyev. The laureate in the nomination "Steps to Victory" was war correspondent and volunteer Tatyana Kruglova.
"Our country is conducting a special military operation. The importance of war correspondents cannot be overestimated. Their voices are the voice of truth about what is happening. It sounds not only throughout Russia, but also goes to other countries. War correspondents and journalists who tell the truth about what is happening on the front lines, in the new territories that the whole country is rebuilding, about the people defending our Motherland, perform an important mission for our society. This work is difficult, often with a risk to life. We announced a special session within the framework of the general project – the All-Russian Literary Prize “Far East” named after Vladimir Klavdievich Arsenyev. To say thank you to the people who convey the truth,” said Yuri Trutnev.
