Yuri Trutnev: The number of occupied rental apartments in the Far East has reached 3,900

Occupancy of 146 apartments has begun in Khabarovsk under the "Affordable Rental Housing in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation" program, operated by DOM.RF. A total of 3,900 apartments have been delivered to tenants in nine regions. This was announced by Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, during his visit to the region.

"The federal program for creating affordable rental housing is in demand in the regions. Its primary goal is to attract and retain doctors, teachers, and other workers in in-demand professions in these areas. 3,900 people in nine Far Eastern regions have already received such apartments," said Yuri Trutnev.

Thanks to subsidies from the federal and regional budgets, the monthly rent for the smallest apartment in the building, approximately 25 square meters, will be approximately 5,800 rubles, while for the largest (approximately 81 square meters), it will be 18,900 rubles.
