The “VOIN” Center in Khabarovsk is well-equipped, and intensive work is underway there. Instructor training sessions are currently underway for the "Fundamentals of Aircraft-Type UAS Application and Operation" program. I am confident that our country needs the “VOIN” Center, because our children need to be prepared for any challenge and thrive in life, no matter how challenging or, conversely, simple and rosy it may be. There are already 21 branches of the “VOIN” Center operating across the country. In the near future, at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, we will open several more such centers," said Yuri Trutnev.
In accordance with Russian President Vladimir Putin's directive to perpetuate the memory of Heroes of Russia who participated in the special military operation, in 2026, the Khabarovsk branch of the “VOIN” Center was awarded the honorary name of Hero of Russia Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Yan, who died in the line of duty in the SVO zone.
