Yuri Trutnev: to monitor the implementation of master plans, an information system for project management was launched

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev held a meeting on the implementation of long-term plans for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the urban districts of Chita and Krasnokamensk for the period up to 2030. On the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, master plans for two cities – Chita and Krasnokamensk – have been developed and are already being implemented in the Zabaikalsky Krai. A number of master plan objects will be built with the help of financing from a unified presidential subsidy provided by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and funds from special treasury loans. "The projects are large-scale. Our first task was to correctly arrange all areas of work, to arrange new objects so that Chita and Krasnokamensk would develop organically rather than chaotically, so that the cities would be comfortable, cozy, and everything would be done in accordance with natural climatic conditions. The second task was to launch all this work. This is a rather complicated stage, since we have planned and are already carrying out several large-scale construction projects. The third stage for us will be the high-quality completion of all work and activities according to the master plans," said the Governor of the Zabaikalsky Krai, Alexander Osipov.
