"Every year, we meet with regional leaders to understand where we are, what we're doing, and how our work benefits Russia. A special military operation has been underway for three years and eleven months. Our friends and loved ones are fighting for Russia's independence. Many of you in this room have taken part in the special military operation. I want to thank them again. Our Motherland's struggle for independence places certain obligations on all of us. These obligations include working hard and achieving results: building new businesses, creating jobs, and investing in the Far East and the Arctic. This should result in an improved quality of life for people," Yuri Trutnev opened the meeting.
"We continue to focus our efforts on attracting investment. The Far East exceeds the Russian average in this area, as well as in housing construction and commissioning. However, this positive trend does not mean that all issues have been resolved. Many challenges remain, primarily in the area of demographics. We need to pay attention to public health and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Overall, the Far East is fulfilling the objectives set by Russian President Vladimir Putin," concluded Yuri Trutnev.
