Yuri Serdechkin has been appointed Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order appointing Yuri Serdechkin as Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic. The corresponding order was published on the official legal information website.

Yuri Serdechkin was born on May 29, 1980, in Moscow. He graduated from the State University of Management in 2003 with a degree in public and municipal administration. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, he served as the mayor of Murmansk.
