Fr om May 29 to 31, 2025, Yakutsk will become a point of attraction for creative industry specialists: the II International Forum of Creative Industries "Created in the Far East: from creativity to economics" will be held in the capital of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The organizers of the Forum are the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The forum is attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev, Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Alexey Chekunkov, and Head of the Republic Aisen Nikolaev.
During his visit to the creative cluster "Kvartal Truda" Yuri Trutnev viewed the exhibition "Showcase of creative products "Created in the Far East"". The exposition brought together the works of craftsmen and entrepreneurs from 11 regions of the Far East, presenting unique products reflecting the cultural code and modern creative practices of the Far East. Particular emphasis was placed on Yakut brands - from handmade knives to jewelry and comics dedicated to the heroes of the SMO.
The attention of the Deputy Prime Minister was also drawn to the expositions of the Amur Region, Jewish Autonomous Region, Zabaikalsky and Kamchatka Regions, wh ere designer clothing, decorative items, bone and metal products, board games and designer souvenirs were presented. The participants of the exhibition talked about the creation of their brands, support measures and the importance of participation in the forum. The exhibition became an important platform for demonstrating the economic potential of creative industries and examples of the transformation of local cultural codes into a sought-after market product.
