A graduate of the “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” program has been appointed head of the tourist information center in the Sakhalin Region

Victoria Stupina, a graduate of the second stream of the program for training personnel for the civil service and development institutions of the Far East "Muravyov-Amursky 2030", has been appointed to the position of head of the State Budgetary Institution "Sakhalin Tourist Information Center". She will be responsible for the development of tourism and promotion of the island region, strengthening the service component and creating a unique tourism product for a premium audience. Victoria moved to Sakhalin from Sochi. She was born in Irkutsk, but already during her studies at the Moscow State Linguistic University in the specialty "Socio-cultural service and tourism" she worked closely with Far Eastern colleagues from Primorsky Region, taking part in the Universiade in tourism in South Korea. Victoria has significant professional experience in the hospitality industry, including work in international hotels and large federal resorts such as “Rosa Khutor” and “Krasnaya Polyana”. She is a member of the expert league of the “My Country - My Russia” competition and in 2024 was recognized as one of the 50 most promising young hospitality industry leaders in the South of Russia.
