The training consisted of six thematic modules in a blended format: two in-person – in Blagoveshchensk and Moscow, and four online.
Over the course of four months, school representatives designed development programs, taking into account the goals of their schools, regional challenges, and the social context of their territories. They mastered modern management methods, adopted best practices from other educational institutions, including Moscow and the Moscow region, and exchanged experiences. They received expert support from specialists at all stages.
After completing the training, the school teams will move on to the next stage – implementing their projects in practice. In this process, they will receive systematic support from experts from BSPU, the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.
