Nikolay Grinman, a graduate of the second stream of the management personnel program for the Far East "Muravyov-Amursky 2030", joined the team of developers of the Federal State Information System (FSIS) “Severny Zavoz” ("Northern Delivery"). Nikolay graduated fr om the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He is currently completing his dissertation on the application of flexible management methods in government projects and programs. Previously, he worked in a company of the SBER ecosystem, wh ere he dealt with issues of increasing operational efficiency, developed mechanisms for protection against fraudulent actions (anti-fraud), and also took part in the launch of internal startup projects. In his new position, Nikolay will be responsible for supporting the development of the federal state information system "Northern Delivery", its improvement, development of key processes to ensure uninterrupted operation, as well as the formation of a strategy for the development of products and services.
