VTB and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation will strengthen support for business in the Far East
VTB and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC JSC) entered into a cooperation agreement at EEF 2023. The document provides for the joint solution of priority problems for the development of the regions of the Far East, where priority development territories have been created and the regime of the free port of Vladivostok has been extended.
The parties will work together to create favorable conditions for business in the Far East, including the development of lending using government business support programs. Among the areas of cooperation is support for the agro-industrial and fishery complexes, industry, transport infrastructure and other priority sectors of the economy for the Far Eastern Federal District, including non-resource and non-energy exports.
The document was signed by VTB Senior Vice President Ruslan Eremenko and Deputy General Director for Investments of the FEDC Kirill Kamenev.
