Opening remarks by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev at a meeting in Magadan

Dear Nikolay Platonovich! Dear Colleagues! First of all, I want to thank Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev for his attention to the issue of strengthening Russian spiritual and moral values, culture and historical memory on the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District. I think that today, in the conditions of the exposed international contradictions, this is probably one of the most important issues. The countries of the North Atlantic Alliance are trying to break the Russian economy, its culture, traditions, to impose their own, Western models of behavior, the principles of people's relations, and the level of educational, patriotic work during this period, in fact, determines the future of our country, and in general all over the world.
