All planned facilities for the “Russkiy” Innovation and Science and Technology Center, including four research and education clusters and the “Pacific School” educational center, have received positive approval from the Federal State Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia," according to Elena Kharisova, General Director of the “Russkiy” Innovation and Science and Technology Center Development Fund.

On December 10, the “Pacific School” successfully completed the design documentation review stage for the future innovation ecosystem. Previously, the “IT Park”, “Biotechnology”, “Marine Engineering”, and “Biomedicine” research and education clusters received positive reviews. All projects are being created on Russky Island at the behest of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The clusters will unite laboratory and research complexes, development centers, and educational spaces of the university and the Academy of Sciences, supporting research and development, training for technology companies, and the full development cycle of high-tech products for the Asia-Pacific market.
