FEDC is building the frame of the “Kadalinsky” industrial park on the “Transbaikalia” ASEZ

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), as part of the construction of the “Kadalinsky” industrial park, is installing metal structures of industrial buildings. Previously, work was completed to create an external power supply system. A two-story administrative building with a data processing center (DPC) and three one-story production workshops with a total area of 6.2 thousand square meters will be provided to residents of the priority development territory "Transbaikalia" at a preferential rental rate for the implementation of investment projects for the production of products necessary for the region. Commissioning of buildings equipped with the infrastructure necessary for production activities is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. “The creation of the “Kadalinsky” industrial park involves two stages. This is the creation of external power supply and the construction of the production and administrative buildings of the industrial park with the installation of intra-site networks and highways, and landscaping of the territory. Currently, the contractor has installed a distribution transformer substation and has begun constructing the buildings of two production workshops from metal structures. All four buildings under construction will be connected to electricity, water and heat supply networks, equipped with water drainage and storm sewer systems,” said Dmitry Belousov, director of the construction department of the FEDC.
