A branded hotel complex will be built in Vladivostok with investments of about 3.5 billion rubles
On the sidelines of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the “Alfa Group” Specialized Developer LLC. The document provides for joint work on the implementation of a large-scale investment project for the construction of a five-star multifunctional complex Cosmos Selection Vladivostok Golden Horn with a total area of 15,000 sq. m in the area of Cheremukhovaya Street. According to the agreement, the investor will invest about 3.5 billion rubles in the project. The new facility will create more than 160 new jobs for city residents and increase the tourist attractiveness of the capital of the Far East. The project is scheduled for implementation from 2025 to 2037.
