The 6th Sustainable Development Forum will be held in Kamchatka from February 17 to 21

For the sixth year in a row, Kamchatka Region has initiated a major interregional forum bringing together experts from a wide range of industries. The business program of the 6th Sustainable Development Forum will be held from February 17 to 21, 2026, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In total, the forum will feature over 40 business events across three thematic areas: economics and investment, architecture and integrated territorial development, and tourism and hospitality.

The forum's program includes more than 20 business events on tourism and hospitality, dedicated to exchanging experiences across a wide range of topics. These include the development of cruise and off-road tourism, the secrets to successful event tourism, and trends in the development of popular science tourism. The forum also focuses on the development of tourism infrastructure, including transportation, hotels, and hiking trails. Several sessions are devoted to current issues of marketing and promoting territories and businesses.

The topic of economics and investment encompasses business events, primarily focused on improving the investment climate in the regions. Areas planned for consideration include government support for investment activities, the practices of development institutions, strategies for attracting private sector investment into the economic and social spheres of municipalities, and other topics.
