The TH Rus Primorsky company, a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ, laid the first stone in the construction of a livestock complex with a total population of 10 thousand dairy cattle in the Primorsky Region. The enterprise is planned to be put into operation in 2027. In the creation of a livestock complex and a dairy plant with a processing capacity of 60 thousand tons of milk per year, the resident, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), is investing more than 20 billion rubles, creating over 360 jobs. The project investor is TH Group, one of the largest agricultural holdings in Vietnam. At the first stage, it is planned to sell dairy products on the Russian market; in the future, the possibility of exporting to the markets of the Asia-Pacific region will be considered. In addition, the resident plans to grow feed for cattle, as well as legumes for sale on the domestic market and for export to Asia-Pacific countries.
