EEF-2026: FEDC and the Institute for the Development of Professional Education will cooperate in training personnel for the creative economy of the Far East

The Eastern Economic Forum has opened in Vladivostok. The first document signed at EEF 2026 was an agreement between the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the Institute for the Development of Professional Education (IDPE) on a strategic partnership in developing creative industries, training personnel for creative industries, developing and testing educational programs, and developing human resources in the Russian Far East and Arctic. The agreement was signed by Vyacheslav Zavalin, Director of the FEDC's Territorial Development Department, and Ioan Klindukhov, Vice Rector of IDPE.

The parties intend to jointly develop educational programs, develop practical training for students, and conduct accelerators, competitions, expert and research events. A separate focus is the development of creative industries colleges and the training of specialists considering the real economic needs of the Far Eastern regions.
