The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC) and the Vietnamese V-EXIMSolutions signed an agreement of intent to work together in the interests of developing cooperation between the regions of the Far East and the Russian Arctic and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the investment, trade, economic, social, scientific and educational fields. The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the VII Eastern Economic Forum.
