In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, a resident of the” Gorny Vozdukh” ASEZ put into operation the second stage of a year-round Alpine-style apart-hotel
“Sakhalin Chalet”, a resident of the “Gorny Vozdukh” priority development area, has completed the construction of the second phase of the hospitality facility. The Alpine-style apart-hotel, located in close proximity to the Gorny Vozdukh ski resort, currently has 37 rooms. The project is being implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation. Its completion is scheduled for the end of 2024. Visitors to the ski complex and residents of the city will have access to 83 rooms, as well as a clubhouse with a restaurant for 100 seats. More than 1.2 billion rubles have already been invested in the project, which exceeds the previously planned investment of 900 million rubles. State support tools under the preferential regime of the “Gorny Vozdukh” ASEZ helped increase funding for Sakhalin Chalet.
