The complex will unite the entire film production cycle under one roof: large sound stages, a 360° XR stage, post-production areas, work and office spaces, workshops, prop rooms, and a full infrastructure for production teams. In the Far East, the comprehensive renovation program for 25 cities is being overseen by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Vostokgosplan."
The complex will be the first full-cycle multifunctional film studio beyond the Urals. It will occupy an 8.23-hectare site, with a total floor area of 26,400 square meters. The studio block will include three large filming areas, fully equipped for film production, as well as an XR stage, allowing for the creation of locations year-round and regardless of weather conditions. It will also include an office and studio complex, an acting suite, production and engineering facilities, a canteen/restaurant, exhibition areas, and storage space for props, costumes, and filming equipment.
