A new resident of the priority development territory “Kamchatka”, the company “Perekrestok”, will build a new recreation center. The volume of investments in the project under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in 2028 will amount to more than 1 billion rubles. The tourist facility will occupy a land plot of almost 12 hectares on the territory of the “Zelenovskie Ozerki” recreational complex in the Elizovsky district. The recreation center will include 59 guest houses with mini-pools with thermal water and a hotel with 50 rooms, which will be equipped with everything necessary for guests to stay at the 4-star level, including satellite television and mobile communications. The project also includes a restaurant with a summer terrace with 100 seats and a bar, as well as an aqua zone, areas for art objects, a children's playground and parking.
