The “VOIN” Center is introducing levels of distinction for cadets

At the direction of Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the “VOIN” Center, the “VOIN” Center has implemented a procedure for awarding four levels of distinction to cadets aged 14–17. These are "Recruit Cadet," "Cadet," "Fighter Cadet," and "Guardsman Cadet."

"The introduction of the distinction system makes cadets' training at the “VOIN” Center more motivating and assessments more fair. Everyone sees that recognition comes through actions and dedication. It fosters a spirit of competition, mutual respect, and responsibility, inspiring cadets to new achievements, and making their contribution to the “VOIN” Center visible and honorable. The distinction levels will become a symbol of trust and recognition within the team—an expression of the honor, loyalty, and tangible achievements of each cadet," said Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, and Chairman of the VOIN Center Supervisory Board.
