A tourist center will be built in Teriberka with the support of the FEDC

A new visitor center—a tourist gateway to the “Teriberka” Nature Park—will open in the Murmansk Region. The project is being implemented by “Teriberka Visitor Center” LLC, a new resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The planned investment in construction is 355.2 million rubles.

The 800-square-meter facility at the entrance to “Teriberka” Nature Park will be a destination for tourists, providing information and tour guidance, as well as assistance in organizing a comfortable stay.

According to the business plan, after its launch in 2030, the complex will welcome over 150,000 visitors annually, generating revenue of over 120 million rubles.

"Teriberka is one of the most beautiful natural sites in the Murmansk Region. Every year, the flow of tourists to the Barents Sea coast only grows, requiring modern solutions in the development of tourism infrastructure. By creating conditions for investors and businesses, we are building a comfortable life for those who live in the region and come to admire our land," commented Alexander Shutov, Director of the FEDC “Murmansk”.
