A new resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV), the “Izvest DV” company will build a plant for the production of premium grade lime in the Primorsky Region. The start of production will take place by 2025. “When we reach full capacity, our company will act as the only manufacturer in the Far East. We will focus, first of all, on mining and processing plants, manufacturers of building materials and agricultural enterprises,” said Karen Gasparyan, director of “Izvest DV” LLC. “The state support measures that entrepreneurs receive within the framework of the preferential regime of the free port of Vladivostok help them implement socially significant and in-demand investment projects, and tax breaks and reduced insurance premiums for new jobs are an opportunity to scale their business,” believes Deputy General Director for support of investment projects of the FEDC Sergey Skaliy.
