In Primorye, a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ is ready to begin construction of a brick factory with a capacity of 30 million bricks per year
“Primorsky Brick Factory”, a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ, has received a construction permit and is ready to begin construction of the facility in the Ussuriysky Urban District. Commissioning is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The project will involve clay mining and the production of two types of bricks. Annual production will be 30 million bricks. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 1.7 billion rubles and creating 92 jobs.
The new facility will utilize its own raw material base: clay will be extracted from a quarry in the Oktyabrsky District of Primorye, and raw materials and finished products will be delivered by the resident's own transport. The product line will include standard and facing hollow bricks in various formats for residential, commercial, and government construction.
The plant will produce bricks using traditional technology, which ensures high quality and durability, including excellent thermal insulation properties and high resistance to external influences. Furthermore, the production process will be environmentally friendly.
