In Primorye, on the “Far Eastern hectares”, the art festival “Roots: Near Far East” was held for the fourth time

The IV interregional art festival "Roots: Close Far East" was held brightly and richly on the territory of the art space created by the participants of the "Hektar" program. Over five days, the festival, dedicated to the concept of "People-beacons", hosted 26 creative projects fr om all over the Far East, as well as Ufa, Tver and Moscow. The Far Eastern Art Museum and the Primorsky State Art Gallery acted as partners of the festival with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The festival became a real open-air laboratory, wh ere unique art objects were born, which have now become part of the Taiga Arts Park. Guests watched in real time how the "Ron's Leopard" (authors: Fanis Mullagildin and Dmitry Abovyan) grew out of concrete, how the skill of Alexander Materkov transformed a tree into the park sculpture "Arsenyev", how the installations "Fish", "Roots", "Ribbon of Meanings", graffiti "Roots" and about 10 park
