The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), with the support of the Government of the Amur Region, organized a business mission for representatives of the world's largest energy companies - CHN Energy and EN+ Group to the city of Blagoveshchensk. The visit was dedicated to the construction of a wind farm with a capacity of 1000 MW. It is assumed that the company will implement the project as a resident of the “Amurskaya” priority development territory (ASEZ). The planned investment volume will be about 60 billion rubles. The visit of the official delegation was a continuation of the working trip of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev to China, during which a meeting was held with the management of CHN Energy and EN+ Group. In addition to the construction of a wind farm, the possibility of implementing a project to localize the production of wind energy equipment is also being studied. Production is calculated to produce 300-350 MW annually, which corresponds to the production of 50 - 60 units with a capacity of about 6 MW. The estimated volume of investment will be 14 billion rubles, it is planned to attract up to 300 highly qualified specialists.
