Photo exhibition "Developing the Far East!" opened at Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport. The exhibition is organized by the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic with the support of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.
The photo exhibition at Sheremetyevo is dedicated to the results of work on the accelerated development of the Far East over a decade. About 2.8 thousand investment projects are being implemented in the Far Eastern Federal District with the help of state support measures for companies-residents of the priority development areas and the free port of Vladivostok, as well as infrastructure support measures and concessional financing through VEB.RF. Under agreements with investors, 7.7 trillion rubles of investments were attracted, of which 3.4 trillion rubles have already been actually invested in the development of new industrial and infrastructure projects. 125 thousand new jobs have been created. 673 enterprises were put into operation.
