Tynda became the first city in the Amur Region whose master plan was presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin and received a positive assessment. In 2024, several areas became priorities for the city: gasification, repair of social facilities, improvement of transport infrastructure and other projects. "Tynda is considered the capital of the BAM, is ranked a strategically important small city, providing railway and logistics links of interregional and international importance. The renovation of the city should make it more comfortable for residents and attractive for those who come here. As part of the master plan, it is planned to carry out repair and construction work on social facilities, housing, and transport infrastructure,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev.
