A plant for the production of asphalt concrete mix will be built in Norilsk
The new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), “Metall-Grad”, intends to build a plant for the production of asphalt concrete mix in Norilsk. Under the agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), it is planned to invest 79.1 million rubles.
Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) is
the world's largest preferential territory; comfortable conditions have been
created here for investors to implement business projects. Taxes on property,
land and profits will bee zeroed for 5 years, 75% of the amount of insurance
premiums for newly created jobs are subsidized for 10 years, the possibility of
obtaining land and applying the free customs zone procedure has been provided.
State support measures allow entrepreneurs to quickly implement investment
projects, make a profit and create new infrastructure for residents of Arctic
cities.
