The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the federal developer GloraX and the government of the Murmansk region, signed a cooperation agreement to implement a large-scale project for the integrated development of territories. The volume of investment in the project will be 11 billion rubles. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2024 and be completed in 2032. On June 7, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, in the presence of the head of the Ministry of Eastern Development of Russia Alexey Chekunkov, Andrey Chibis, governor of the Murmansk region, Kirill Kamenev, deputy general director for attracting investments of the FEDC, as well as Dmitry Kashinsky, president of GloraX signed the document. The agreement involves the implementation of a large-scale project, within the framework of which the investor plans to build almost 170 thousand square meters of real estate on an area of 25 hectares and improve the park area for residents. The site is located on Morskaya Street in Murmansk. Within walking distance from the project, there are kindergartens, a gymnasium, as well as numerous shops and service enterprises.
