On the initiative of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the First Far Eastern Cuisine Festival was held in Moscow. In the House of Russian Cuisine pavilion at VDNKh, leading restaurateurs held tastings and free master classes on cooking popular dishes from the Far East and Arctic regions. Residents and guests of the capital became participants in a real gastronomic journey, learning, for example, how to choose and serve red caviar, prepare chips from lichen or a venison dish with mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce.
The Far Eastern Cuisine Festival in Moscow has become a great opportunity to spend time with family and children, discover new tastes and, at the same time, borrow several unique recipes from chefs of branded Far Eastern and Arctic restaurants.
