On the sidelines of the anniversary tenth Eastern Economic Forum, the company "Bukhta Nagaeva" (part of JSC "Cosmos Hotel Group") and the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic (FEDC) signed a cooperation agreement aimed at implementing an investment project for the construction of a 4-star hotel with 121 rooms and a total area of 8.3 thousand square meters. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 3.7 billion rubles. The implementation of the project will create 65 new jobs. The new hospitality industry facility will be built as part of the Magadan development master plan. The hotel will meet high international standards and will be a significant step in the development of the Magadan Region's tourism infrastructure, increasing its attractiveness for business and tourist flows.
