By the end of 2026, the number of commissioned enterprises of ASEZ’s and FPV’s residents in Khabarovsk Region will reach 76, with accumulated investment volume reaching 500 billion rubles

A joint meeting of the Supervisory Boards of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ and the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) in Khabarovsk Region was held. Representatives of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Government of Khabarovsk Region, and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) participated in the event.

The key agenda item was summing up the results and identifying prospects for the development of preferential regimes in the region.

"The preferential regimes of the Khabarovsk Region priority development areas include 157 resident companies with an investment volume of 683 billion rubles, and over 30,000 jobs are being created at the new enterprises. Since the regimes were implemented, nearly 449 billion rubles have been invested in the region's economy, creating over 22,800 new jobs. The rate of capital investment in resident projects continues to maintain a positive trend," reported Alexey Razin, Director of the FEDC “Khabarovsk”.

During the meeting, it was noted that 71 resident enterprises have already been commissioned and are actively operating. By the end of 2026, the number of commissioned projects is planned to reach 76, and the accumulated investment volume is expected to reach 500 billion rubles.

Particular attention is being paid to attracting new residents. In 2025 and the current period of 2026, FEDC signed agreements with 33 residents, representing an investment volume of 58.6 billion rubles. These projects are creating over 6,000 jobs. The largest number of projects are in the construction materials production, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
