In Khabarovsk, the FEDC discussed current issues in the field of subsoil use with residents of the ASEZ and FPV

In Khabarovsk, the first round table meeting of a series of events planned as part of the preparation of the business program of the Eastern Economic Forum 2024 was held on the initiative of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation with the support of the Russian Ministry of Eastern Development, together with the Union of Residents of Preferential Regimes. During a meeting with residents of priority development territories and the free port of Vladivostok, who are implementing subsoil use investment projects in various regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, current issues in the industry were discussed. Representatives of federal and regional authorities and representatives of the subsoil use department for the Far Eastern Federal District (DalNedra) attended the meeting. Issues were raised regarding the creation of legislative regulation mechanisms for amending territorial planning documents, licensing conditions for the use of subsoil and the timing of approval of an application for a mineral extraction license. Specific proposals will be formulated on all residents’ questions, which are planned to be discussed within the framework of the industry session of the EEF 2024.
