A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the “Pomor” company will build the “Keret” recreation center near the Karelian urban-type settlement of Chupa. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 27 million rubles. The project will be completed by 2030.
The recreation center will be built on the territory of the village of Keret on the shore of the White Sea. It is planned to build 12 guest houses with a capacity of four to twelve people, a tent city with a capacity of up to 100 guests and a parking lot. Up to 1,000 tourists will vacation at the center per year.
