An interactive exposition dedicated to the development of the Far East has opened in the State Duma

The State Duma of the Russian Federation has opened a thematic exposition dedicated to the development of the Far East. The event is held as part of the “Days of the regions of the Far East in Moscow”. The results of work on the accelerated development of the region, the dynamics of key socio-economic indicators, government support measures for businesses and citizens, social initiatives and programs, and major investment projects are presented in the open space before the plenary session hall.

According to Nikolai Zapryagaev, General Director of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the total amount of investments accumulated since 2015 in terms of agreements concluded with resident companies of the advanced development territories and the Free Port exceeds 6.7 trillion rubles. Of these, 2.8 trillion rubles have already been invested. Until 2030, 1.5 thousand enterprises will be built using state support mechanisms, 279 thousand jobs will be created.
