The “Development Far East” company, as a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ, will build the “Progressive” residential complex in the city of Arsenyev in Primorsky Region. Two 8- and 9-story buildings will have 153 apartments with a total living area of ​​about 7,000 sq. m. The project is primarily aimed at providing modern and high-quality housing to residents of the city of Arsenyev. In addition, housing in the new building will be available to employees of the helicopter manufacturing company Progress. The commissioning of housing under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026. “The implementation of the project for the construction of affordable and high-quality housing in the city of Arsenyev will increase the attractiveness of work at the Progress plant for new employees and allow current specialists to move to new apartments. Under the leadership of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, FEDC, together with the regional government, expanded the boundaries of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ so that the investment project aimed at improving the quality of life of people could be implemented using government support measures. We provide the new resident with comprehensive support, ensure the application of tax benefits and administrative preferences,” said Sergey Skaly, Deputy General Director for Investment Project Support of the FEDC.
