The installation of a heating circuit has been completed in the “Far Eastern Quarter” in Chita

“Samolet” Group, the developer of the “Far Eastern Quarter” in Chita, announced the completion of thermal insulation work in all four buildings of the first phase of the “Ryabinovaya Roshcha” project. Work on the facades, installation of internal utility systems, interior finishing, and landscaping is planned to begin soon.

The “Ryabinovaya Roshcha” residential complex is being built in Chita within the boundaries of Zhelezobetonnaya and Kovylnaya Streets. The project is being implemented as part of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program developed by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in the “Transbaikalye” ASEZ. The project implementation agreement was signed in January 2024 during the "Far East Day" event at the "Russia" exhibition and forum. The signing ceremony was attended by Alexey Chekunkov, head of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, and Alexander Osipov, governor of the Zabaykalsky Region. The complex is participating in the "Far Eastern Mortgage" program, allowing future residents to purchase housing at a low interest rate of 2%.

Residents of the neighborhood will have access to all necessary social infrastructure, including two kindergartens for 300 and 305 children, and a school for 1,100 children. Modern playgrounds, recreation areas, and dog hubs will be built in the courtyards. Drivers will also benefit from four multi-level indoor parking garages and guest parking.
