The in-person module of the Creative Economy Management program of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation has launched in Chita

On August 14, 2026, the first in-person module of the third cohort of the additional professional retraining program "Creative Economy Management" began at Transbaikal State University, with 119 students from 11 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District participating.

The program is being implemented by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) with the support of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic and brings together entrepreneurs and representatives of educational institutions from all 11 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District.

The program continues the systematic work of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation to develop human resources and a creative industries development ecosystem in the macro-region. In 2026, training will focus on two tracks: entrepreneurship – for owners and managers of creative SMEs, self-employed individuals, and startups ready for scaling through digital platforms; and education – for managers and teachers of creative industries schools and colleges, specialized university departments, and continuing professional education organizations.
