On the sidelines of the EEF-2025, agreements were signed between the governments of Primorsky, Khabarovsky, Zabaikalsky and Amur Regions and the supplier-investor company SAINOKE TRADE on cooperation in the implementation of interregional offset contracts for the supply of continuous glucose monitoring systems. For the first time in Russia, on September 5 at the EEF-2025, four regions and an investor – the winner of the competitive selection – signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of interregional offset contracts for the creation of production of continuous glucose monitoring sensors in Primorsky Region. "Improving the quality of medical services is one of the most pressing requests fr om Far Easterners. To implement projects in this area, we, among other things, attract investors. And we will support projects aimed at improving the social sphere in the region, improving the quality of life of people," said Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum Yuri Trutnev. The investor will build a plant in Primorsky Region, wh ere by 2027 they will begin producing domestic blood monitoring sensors for thousands of citizens with diabetes. The total investment will be at least 400 million rubles.
