“Freight Village Group” will build a transport and logistics center (TLC) "Primorsky" in the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ in Primorsky region. The TLC will provide services for the transshipment and storage of containerized cargo, the formation of container trains to Siberia and the European part of Russia, as well as the accumulation of vessel consignments for shipment by rail and sea, including for export, and provide customs services.

The operation of the logistics facility, which is scheduled for commissioning by the end of 2024, will ensure the growth of Russia's trade with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. In 2025, the planned transshipment volume will be 88 thousand TEUs.

Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), “FV Primorsky” (part of the Freight Village Group), as a resident of the Mikhailovsky ASEZ, will invest 6.6 billion rubles in the investment project and create 430 jobs.

“Primorsky TLC” will be built near the “Vozdvizhensky” railway station near the city of Ussuriysk in the Primorsky region. The facility's capacity will be 300,000 TEUs per year. On its territory, there will be a container terminal with an area of 27 hectares, up to nine railway lines, a zone for customs control and warehousing, as well as an area for distribution centers. Currently, there are no such terminals in Primorsky region, the project is unique.
