A new resident of the priority development territory "Khabarovsk", the company "Hotel Aero" (a subsidiary of JSC "Khabarovsk Airport") intends to build a 3* hotel with 150 rooms and business complex at Khabarovsk airport. The investment project is being implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and should be completed by the end of 2026. The volume of investments will exceed 1 billion rubles, jobs will be created for 105 people. The hotel will be located 10 km from Khabarovsk and will occupy a land plot of 3.8 hectares. The hotel will house 150 three-star rooms on six floors; in addition to standard rooms, there are junior suites and superior rooms with a larger area. Guests will have access to a restaurant, a lobby bar, a lounge for aircraft crews, a conference area with a multifunctional hall and meeting rooms, a gym with a sauna, a laundry and a shop. The landscaped territory of the hotel and business complex will also have surface parking for 70 cars.
