In 2026, “TECHNONICOL” will begin manufacturing of new products at the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ

The company continues to invest in the economy of the Far East. In 2026, the investment program for the “TechnoNICOL Far East” plant, a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ, is estimated at 210 million rubles. The funds will be used to establish the production of new materials, improve the reliability of critical equipment, and enhance the quality of finished products. Last year, investment in plant modernization amounted to 250 million rubles.

This year, the “TechnoNICOL Far East” plant will begin production of a new product: stone wool lamellas used in sandwich panels. A new production line will be installed at the plant for this purpose, capable of producing up to 1 million cubic meters of these materials annually. Shipments will be made to all regions of the Far East, and exports to China are also possible over time.

One of the key projects for 2026 will be reducing the risk of production equipment failure. The plant will implement the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology, which allows for maintenance and repair planning based on an engineering analysis of potential system failures.

"Part of the 2026 investments will be used to improve product quality, reduce costs, ensure production safety, and implement environmental initiatives. The company will develop its own IT infrastructure and continue projects to improve labor safety and working conditions," noted Nikita Yakovlev, Director of the “TechnoNICOL Far East” plant.
