Ulan-Ude will host the International Forum of Creative Industries "Created in the Far East" on May 21-23, 2026

The International Forum of Creative Industries "Created in the Far East" will be held in Ulan-Ude from May 21 to 23, 2026. The decision was approved at a meeting of the organizing committee held in Moscow, chaired by Elvira Nurgalieva, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic. The forum will be held at the “Pioneer” entertainment complex.

The key theme of the business program is "From Content to Capital." It focuses on audiovisual content as a key area of modern creative industries: from idea generation and content production to rights management, monetization, and project scaling. In 2026, the forum's format will be expanded to include a new Arctic section and a series of educational initiatives.

The Ulan-Ude forum's design concept envisions the development of a "conscious creative economy" platform—a model in which cultural and spiritual content is transformed into sustainable business models and investment projects, considering their financial, social, and cultural impact. The forum is expected to bring together over a thousand participants in both offline and online formats, facilitate the launch of new projects, and serve as a platform for concluding cooperation agreements in the fields of audiovisual content, technology, and creative entrepreneurship.
