In June 2022, the Russian Government extended the Far Eastern Mortgage program to doctors and teachers. These categories of citizens are no longer subject to age and marital status requirements. To receive state support, it is enough for a health worker or teacher to have at least five years of work experience in their specialty in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District. After the adoption of the new rule, more than 1.1 thousand teachers and doctors were able to improve their living conditions.
