The Ministry for the Development of the Far East has submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation a draft federal law “On Northern Delivery”. The document was preliminary studied by the Council for the Development of the Far East, the Arctic and Antarctic, as well as the Committee of the State Duma for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic with the participation of specialists from the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the expert community and representatives of the regions of the Far North. The bill was approved by 25 subjects of the Russian Federation, relevant ministries and institutions.
