In Arkhangelsk, the second in-person stage of the selection of the federal personnel program "Arctic Challenge" was held to identify and sel ect the best management personnel for the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. More than twenty executives, managers fr om all over Russia came to Arkhangelsk, ready to develop new projects and find jobs in the northern regions. The event was held at the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov. The organizers of the “Arctic Challenge” project are the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives with the support of the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East. The program started in June 2022 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
